Jing Hua Xiao Chi is a Singaporean restaurant that has had great popularity in Singapore. Its specialties are original dumplings and Singaporean dishes. In December, 2014, the third Japanese Jing Hua restaurant was open along Olympic Road in Hakuba.
One of the most popular menus is Steamed Soup Dumplings (4 pieces, JPY520). The dumplings are filled with a juicy soup seasoned in Jing Hua’s original and traditional way. Ginger slices and vinegar bring out its sweet and rich flavor with pleasant sour taste.
Pan-Fried Soup Dumplings (4 pieces, JPY520) gives another joy of crispy and chewy buns. Pan-Fried Mixed Seafood, Pork, Vegetable Dumplings (JPY520) is the original gyoza (Chinese dumplings) which has a nice balance of juicy dumplings and buns.
