At “North Nagano Special Buffet” of Hotel Takimoto in Shiga Kogen, you can harvest fresh mushrooms made in Nagano by yourself and have a hot pot (Photo) or BBQ with charcoal of the mushrooms. Please try to make your own original spice which is able to be selected by yourself as well.
