Shiga Kogen’s Kidoike Onsen Hotel is now accepting reservations for its “Hassle-Free BBQ Plan.” The pre-arranged set includes beef, pork, chicken, sausages, seasonal vegetables, yakisoba, seasonings, tableware, and a BBQ grill for ¥4,000 per person including tax. (※For groups of fewer than three people, an additional charcoal fee of ¥800 per reservation applies.) Optional add-ons include a seafood platter with shrimp, scallops, and squid (¥1,200 incl. tax) as well as Shiga Kogen Beer (¥650). The hotel’s large, natural hot spring bath supplied with water right from the source, and its campground, are also available for day use.
