At Haus St.Anton Jam Factory (Nozawa Onsen), you can have additive-free jam made from fresh fruits made in North Nagano by the skillful chefs. The jams are available at both the shop with the cafe and online shop. Now, “Blueberry Jam” made from blueberries harvested this year is recommended.
