The weekday lunch set has returned to Ramen Sukeya Hakuba, located right in front of JR Hakuba Station! Available weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the set includes your choice of White Tonkotsu Ramen (pictured) or Shoyu Ramen, plus either five gyoza or three pieces of kara-age, along with rice, for ¥1,400. (※Upgrade to Black or Red Tonkotsu Ramen for an additional ¥100). The gyoza are great, of course, but the kara-age, which is marinated in-house before frying, is especially recommended for its crispy outside and juicy flavor.
