National Highway 148 is closed partially from Iwatake Iriguchi Crossing to the prefectural border between Nagano and Niigata from 4:00 p.m. on 1/24 (Tue.), because of the heavy snowfall. National Highway 148 between Nagano City Okura Chuo and Shinanomachi Shinetsu Ohashi is also closed.
