JA Matsumoto Highland Suika (Watermelon) Shed in Hata, Matsumoto City, Nagano, where is famous for good quality watermelons, starts to deal with the watermelon grown in the greenhouse. This year, the watermelons have nice sweetness thanks to the weather. The watermelons grown in open fields will be shipped in the upper July. “Suika Mura” will be held at the square in front of Agri Sizai Center Wada on 7/8 (Sat).
