The full length of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, a scenic mountain route crossing the Northern Alps and connecting Toyama and Nagano, will open on 4/15 (Wed.)! The “2026 Tateyama Kurobe Spring Travel” campaign will also begin on opening day. In addition, events and special promotions celebrating the 55th anniversary of the route’s full opening will take place beginning on 6/1 (Mon.).
