Even during last season’s unusually warm, low-snow winter across much of Japan, Madarao Kogen Ski Resort—home to 51 runs, including 15 tree-run courses—still delivered impressive snow conditions. Following the first major snowfall on 12/27 (Sat.), skiers and snowboarders enjoyed superb “MadaPow” through early March. New for this season is a Snow Play Experience Area in front of Madarao Kogen Hotel. The 1-Day Advance Discount Pass (Mountain Pass / All-Mountain 1-Day Ticket) is ¥7,000, making it cheaper than even Madarao’s standalone 5-hour ticket at ¥7,400!
