From 8/28 (Fri.) to 8/30 (Sun.), “Shiga Kogen 100”, a trail running competition, will be held in Shiga Kogen. There will be 3 courses of “100km”, which has a long courses for about 26 hours at the maximum, “40km” and “18km”, so you can choose the category depending on your level. The entry application is open until 7/27 (Mon.).

100km … Sunvalley – Yokote – Sunvalley – Ichinose – Okusiga – Ryuoo – Forest Road Entrance – Ichinose – Sunvalley
40km … Sunvalley – Ichinose – Forest Road Entrance – Ichinose – Sunvalley
18km … Sunvalley – Ichinose -Sunvalley　
[Events] 100km (700 people, Time Limitation 26 hours), 40km (400 people, Time Limitation 10.5 hours), 18km (200 people, Time Limitation 6.5 hours)
[Fees] 100km JPY28,000, 40km JPY9,900, 18km JPY7,500 *The 100km and 40km courses include a trail maintenance fee (JPY500).
　
*If you wish to participate in the pre-event grass cutting or the trail maintenance event scheduled for October, you can also sign up for the “Trail Maintenance Participation” option (100 km: JPY27,500; 40 km: JPY9,400 *Limited spots available; first-come, first-served basis).
*Start times are 4:30 a.m. on 8/29 (Sat.) for the 100 km race, 6:30 a.m. for the 40 km race, and 10:00 a.m. for the 18 km race.
The awards ceremonies for the 40km and 18km races will be held on 8/29 (Sat.) at 15:30, and for the 100km race on 8/30 (Sun.) at 10:00.
*The entry registration is open only on 8/29 (Fri.) because the start time is very early.
