Japan meteorological agency announced that “The rainy season starts on 6/7 (Sun.) in Kanto Koshinetsu region and Tokai region”. The Kanto-Koshin region entered the rainy season around the usual time, 16 days later than last year. The Tokai region entered the rainy season 1 day later than usual, 21 days later than last year.
*The rainy season usually ends around 7/19 in both the Kanto-Koshin and Tokai regions.
