On 6/20 (Sat.), the Otari “Sake no Michi Festival” will be held as a celebration of the history and tradition of the renowned Otari toji (master brewers). Seven breweries from across Nagano Prefecture will be in attendance, offering unlimited tastings of approximately 20 varieties of premium sake. The event will also feature talks by Otari toji, a sake-tasting competition, complimentary local specialties, and a selection of food trucks.
