It was so cold this morning, -8 degrees, due to the radiative cooling, but we did not feel so cold thanks to the sunlight. We had a beautiful day on the first day of the 3 holidays today and could see Mt. Madarao and Lake Nojiri. The groomed slopes of Blackbird (Photo), Leo, Lower Monkey (Off-piste in the beginning) and Dragon were nicely soft and in great condition.

The slope of KUROHIME FAMILY PARK was groomed all and soft. You can enjoy this wide slope, lift and over 1,000 items all day if you have the season pass, 1 day pass, 3 hour pass or No.3 Lift Only Ticket (JPY1,800 a day, Over 3 y/0).

A father of a child (Photo) from Nagano City said, “Kurohime is in a great location from Nagano and good for kids, so we come here often.” Every course including KUROHIME FAMILY PARK started to get crowded with people from the early morning.

The groomed slope of Mouse (Photo) on the top area of the ski area was nciely firm and enabled us to ski very comfortably. There were bumps in the off-piste areas of Snake, Horse and the beginning of Monkey, but the snow was still soft and in good condition for trying.
