On 11/14 (Sat.), Hakuba Tokyu Hotel will host “Hakuba Gourmet Journey Vol. 6,” a special one-night-only dinner created by Nobuhiko Fukuda, Executive Chef of the Tokyu Group and Honorary Executive Chef of Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, together with Hakuba Tokyu Hotel Executive Chef Shingo Takyo. Inspired by the flavors of autumn, the evening will feature a carefully selected array of seasonal ingredients in a souvenir course designed to leave a lasting impression. (※Souvenir is French for “memory” or “remembrance”). Enjoy an exceptional dining experience available only at Hakuba Tokyu Hotel.
