Kawaba Ski Resort, a favorite among winter sports fans in the Tokyo metropolitan area, has extended the sales period of its advance discount 1-day passes until 12/7 (Sun.)! Thanks to the six artificial snow machines that were installed on the upper portion of the Crystal Course last season, both the Sakuragawa and Shiratori Downhill courses—as well as the Crystal Course—will now be skiable right from the start of the season. In addition, this winter brings a brand-new “OFF THE PISTE” area, along with a new course: the “Shamin Beginner Course”!
