Mount Dessert Island Ice Cream (MDI) is a craft ice cream shop located in Matsumoto and Azumino City. At the Azumino Shop which has the factory, the ice cream is made of the base ingredients of raw milk of Azumino produced by Matsuda Nyugyo and the country-specific food of Nagano such as apples, peaches, wine, wasabi, Shinshu miso and others without any sweetner, food coloring or fragrance. At the shops, 20 kinds of flavors are always available and you can enjoy over 60 flavors a year.
