Canadian Village Montreal is now accepting reservations for its “Private Car Forwarding + Accommodation Plan.” This special package includes a ¥5,000 discount off of the combined cost of accommodation and car forwarding, in which a driver transports your car from Ogizawa Station to Tateyama Station while you explore the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. With this plan, a one-night stay for two guests in a private cottage (room only, no meals) starts from ¥22,000 per person. Incidentally, Kurobe Dam’s famous “sightseeing water discharge” (pictured) is set to begin on 6/26 (Thu.)!
