Here is a top 20th ranking of the number of visitors in the ski areas in the 2022-23 winter season. More and more people came back after the pandemics. (*The numbers below show the number of the visitors in each ski areas)

7th Karuizawa Prince Hotel (Nagano) 294,000 people
8th Sapporo Teine (Hokkaido) 290,000 people
9th Takasu (Gufu) 278,157 people
10th Iwappara (Niigata) 275,200 people
