YAMANOUCHI COFFEE opened in Shibu Onsen in December of 2024. Using local ingredients from the town of Yamanouchi, this ski café offers made-to-order breakfast foods all day long, and coffee is brewed using an AeroPress with specially roasted beans. The café opens at 6 a.m., and both sandwiches and drinks are available for takeout. (For dine-in customers, please use the Shibu Onsen Yumeguri Parking Lot, which opens at 7 a.m. The café’s opens at 7 a.m. from June to November.)
