At Crête, a French restaurant in Omachi City, new course menus are started for the lunch and dinner on 8/2 (Fri). For example, the lunch course of “Tsubame” (JPY2,970) has amuse, appetizer (Shinshu Salmon and Grilled Eggplant Mousse), Seasonal Vegetable Soup, Main Dish (Miasa Venison Poeler or Azumino Pork Saute or Today’s Meat Dish or Today’s Fish Dish), Bread and coffee or tea. In addition to the red and white grass wine made in Chie, you can newly choose the wine made in Nagano and sparkling wine as well.
