The third Sunday of every month is “Ski Kids’ Day”! Lift rides for elementary school children are free all day. Ski resorts holding Ski Kids’ Day on the first date of this season, 12/21 (Sun.), are listed below.

*Ski Kids’ Day will be held from January onward at Hakuba Cortina, Hakuba Norikura Onsen, NASPA, Maiko, and Ishiuchi Maruyama.
*At Jigatake, the 1-day pass for children ages 3 through junior high school (JPY3,200) will be JPY1,000.
*At Myoko Suginohara and Yakebitaiyama, lift rides for elementary school children are free throughout the season.
*At Joetsu Kokusai, purchase a 1-day ticket or a “1-day ticket+” for ages 3 through elementary school and receive a JPY1,000 lunch voucher.
*At Yunomaru, Ski Kids’ Day is also held on the first Sunday of each month from December through April.
*At Shirakabako Royal Hill, up to two elementary school children or younger are free per one junior high school student or older throughout the season.
*At Nozawa Onsen, lift rides are free for junior high school students and younger.
　
*Regarding lift rides for preschool children … At Hakuba Cortina & Hakuba Norikura Onsen, Hakuba Happo-one, Hakuba Goryu & Hakuba47, Hakuba Sanosaka, AKAKAN, Akakura Onsen, Ikenotaira Onsen, Madarao Kogen, Togakushi, Yuzawa Nakazato, Kandatsu, Takamine, Kurumayama Kogen, Nomugitoge, and Ontake, rides are always free. At Tsugaike, Hakuba Iwatake, Nozawa Onsen, and Shiga Kogen, one preschool child rides free per one paid adult. At Ishiuchi Maruyama, one child aged 3 or under rides free per one paid adult, while preschool children aged 4 and up are JPY1,500. At Maiko, up to two preschool children ride free per one paid adult. At Jigatake, children aged 3 and under are free, while preschool children aged 4 and up are JPY3,200 (weekday discount JPY2,900). At Joetsu Kokusai & Iwappara and at Sugadaira Kogen, children aged 3 and under are free, while preschool children aged 4 and up are JPY3,800. At Yunomaru, children aged 3 and under are free, while preschool children aged 4 and up are JPY3,200. At NASPA, preschool children are charged the child rate of JPY4,800.
