Only carefully-selected coffee beans which are picked up by hands among raw beans made in South America are used and then, roasted at the cafe. Coffee is made by Nel Drip so that the flavor of the beans get better. Fresh bread is made from Japanese wheat and the original yeast and baked in the stone oven. Both of the coffee beans and bread are available at the cafe.
