Small boutique lodge owned and operated by a British husband and Japanese wife. The interior of the lodge, with its traditional plaster walls and 150-year-old exposed timbers, is a comfortable space that beautifully showcases timeless Japanese craftsmanship and is accented with a stylish blend of Japanese and Western decor. Meals are home-cooked and prepared with locally-grown ingredients. Two new private onsen-style baths will be available for use beginning in October of 2022.
