The restaurant of Hakuba Marukin Ryokan had a big renovation and reopened on 12/20 (Fri) as “Hakuba Happo Yamabuki Shokudo”. This restarurant is produced by Yamabuki Miso Group in Komoro City, Nagano and you can have special dishes which are made with Shinshu Miso. In addition to the single menus such as Chan Chan Yaki, Yamabuki Miso Ramen, there are also special course dishes with the flavor of Shinshu for accommodation guests.
