At this restaurant, you can have authentic course dishes made from seasonal vegetables and fresh meat made in Nagano. Lunch operation is only on weekends and holidays, while reservation-only dinner is available on weekdays as well. You can make a reservation a month before your dinner date, but it is recommended to make it at least 2 weeks before due to its busyness.
