Shiga Kogen’s Bianca Ski School is currently hiring ski instructors and assistants. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age (high school students not eligible) and possess either an SIA Silver Medal or higher, SAJ Level 1 Certification, or an equivalent skill level. Certified instructors will receive preferential pay and conditions, while those without prior teaching experience can participate in ongoing training sessions. Wages start from JPY8,500 per day (with lodging, meals, and lift tickets provided by the school), or JPY12,000 per day (with transportation covered) for staff who commute.
