Here is a list of the ski areas which will be open after 5/7 (Thu.) (*The snow amount is as of 5/7, “()” shows the last operation date). Now, only 5 ski areas are open in Japan.

*Mt. Daisetsuzan Kurodake closed due to strong winds.
*Ski resorts extending their operating period → Tohoku & Hokkaido Area, Gunma & Niigata Area, Nagano Area, Gifu & Hokuriku
*”◎” … Over 80% area open, “○” … Over 50% area open, “△” … Under 50% area open, “×” … Not open
*The off-piste areas which are out of control but available for skiing are open in Mt. Norikura (Lower August), Senjojiki (Lower May), Tateyama (Lower June) and so on.
