On 10/18 (Fri), Tourism Commission of Hakuba Village was selected as “Pioneering DMO” in Japan. Accordingly, it will make action plans for tourist spot management and commit to the plan with partial support by Japan Tourism Agency.

Tourism Commission of Hakuba Village (Nagano)
Tanabe City Kumano Tourism Bureau (Wakayama)
Kyoto City Tourism Association (Kyoto)
Gero-spa Tourist Association (Gifu)

“Pioneering DMO” is selected by Japan Tourism Agency and the agency will give support to this “DMO (=Destination Management Organization)” to make it “International DMO”.
