NASPA New Otani, one of the Yuzawa area’s premier resort hotels, is holding its “Minamiuonuma & Uonuma Fair” now through 9/15 (Tue.)! The international buffet at O’s Dining features a wide selection of dishes made with seasonal ingredients from the Minamiuonuma and Uonuma areas, including caprese featuring Yairo brand mini tomatoes, beef curry made with sake lees from Hakkaisan sake, yugao gourd with crab-and-egg sauce, and Yairo watermelon.
