REPORT

A heavy winter storm swept across the area today, 11/19 (Wed.), bringing the first full blanket of snow to the entire Kurohime Kogen Snow Park since the season’s initial dusting on 11/4 (Tue.). Around 25 to 35 cm of slightly moist new snow had accumulated on the Weasel Slope (pictured, foreground). There were also sections of slushy snow along the access road from the Shinano-machi I.C. to the resort’s parking area.
