The officially announced snow amount jumped up over 300cm finally, thanks to the good snowfall from the night on 2/19 (Sun)! We had a calm sunny day today and the blue sky spread out at 9:00 a.m.
[Mt. Hieda Rinkan Course]

The lift staff of No.4 Pair said, “We had 5-10cm snowfall from the last night, but it was snowing heavily yesterday all day, so the slopes are in good condition.” There was 10cm fresh snow in the off-piste slope of Mt. Hieda Course 1 (Photo). The fresh snow was not much, but we could still enjoy its fluffy feeling.

In Tree Area, there was 30-50cm of fresh snow. I saw people dropping off to Tree Area even as their first riding today and saying “It is so good!” and “Yahhoo!”. The groomed slope of Mt. Hieda Rinkan Course (1st Photo) was nicely firm.

The groomed slope of Ikenota (Photo) was nicely firm and that of Rabbit Course and Snake Course were very firm. Every slope was in good condition, so I could enjoy high speed riding. There was 10-15cm of fresh snow in the off-piste areas of Rabbit Course and Kamoshika Course as well.
