The “PRESTIGE” course (pictured, ¥12,000) at Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba is now available through 5/31 (Sat.), and captures the fresh spirit of spring in Hakuba through an abundance of Nagano-sourced ingredients, including Shinshu Alps beef, Shinano Yukimasu trout, and seasonal wild plants. You can also enjoy the flavors of spring in Hakuba through the standard “LAVAROCK” course (¥9,500) and à la carte dishes such as Shinshu salmon and horse meat tartare.
